Kenneth R. (Ken) Farrell 
serves as the Bank's President & CEO. He has over 40 years of experience in the banking industry.

Lawrence M. (Larry) Austin, Jr. 
serves as the Bank's Chief Financial Officer. He has over 25 years of corporate financial experience.

Nannette M. Cafiero 
serves as the Bank's Director of Operations. She has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry.

Thomas W. (Wes) Gash 
serves as the Bank's Director of SBA Lending and Senior Credit Officer. He has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry.

Brian H. Hunt 
serves as the Bank's Risk Management Officer. He has over 15 years of experience in the banking industry.

Thomas M. (Monty) Lee, Jr.
serves as the Bank’s Senior Commercial Lending Officer. He has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry.

Francis D. (Dee) Pinckney, Jr. 
serves as the Bank’s Senior Private Banking Lending Officer. He has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry.

Chris Starling 
serves as the Bank's Retail Banking Service Manager. He has over 40 years of retail banking experience. 

Cathy Sheffield
